R C Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Automation Testing Engineer to join our growing technology team. The selected candidate will work on applications related to Asset Management, Trading & Brokerage, and Securities/Custodial Services for a top-tier investment bank.

The role requires strong expertise in automation frameworks, test strategy development, and end-to-end testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation test frameworks and scripts, creating and maintaining Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases, and executing manual and automated test cases and analyzing results.

You will also identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps (ADO), collaborate closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and resolve defects, and plan and execute regression testing and post-release validation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Software Testing concepts and documentation, solid knowledge of SDLC and STLC, and experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Additionally, the candidate should have strong expertise in SQL queries and database validation, hands-on experience with Python scripting for automation testing, and ability to design and enhance automation frameworks for CI/CD environments.

The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic QA team responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of complex financial applications while working closely with development and product teams.
