Job description

As a Student Coach at Leverage Edu, you will play a critical role in helping students achieve their dream of studying abroad. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with students throughout their admission process, assisting them throughout their study abroad journey, and ensuring their successful admission and enrolment.

You will serve as the primary contact for the student and be responsible for student satisfaction and overall student happiness. This will involve reviewing the progress of every student application on an ongoing basis, building cross-discipline relationships in the organisation, and implementing the nuance of sale strategies.

You will also be responsible for executing the Post-offer management process, which includes ensuring timely coordination with the Visa team and the International office. This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a high level of dedication and commitment to helping students achieve their goals.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about education and technology. You should have a strong background in sales and negotiation, as well as excellent research and analysis skills. You should also be able to present, persuade and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
