As a Program Manager at OTO, you will be responsible for leading high-impact initiatives across sales, business development, and cross-functional operations. Your primary goal will be to drive sales effectiveness, growth programs, and business transformation aligned with organizational goals.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of business and sales programs. Your strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills will be essential in driving results and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing business and sales programs from strategy to delivery. You will identify new revenue opportunities and support strategic partnerships and market expansion. Your data-driven decision-making skills, combined with your strong analytical skills, will enable you to track outcomes and present insights to leadership using CRM and BI tools.
