Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development – Assistant Manager (Sales) who will
drive revenue growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their fitness goals, and
converting them into FITTR program users.
The role requires strong consultative selling, customer engagement, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Drive partnerships across B2B, Modern Trade, General Trade, and Quick Commerce platforms.
Identify, onboard, and manage new distribution and retail partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Work closely with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution
Track market trends, competitor movements, and new growth opportunities
Negotiate commercials and close high-impact deals
Travel extensively for partner meetings and market expansion.
Requirements
3–4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
Proven experience in inside sales, consultative sales, or program/course sales.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet aggressive sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in health, wellness, fitness, edtech, or digital product sales will be an advantage.
