Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive partnerships across B2B, Modern Trade, General Trade, and Quick Commerce platforms.
- Identify, onboard, and manage new distribution and retail partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Work closely with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution
- Track market trends, competitor movements, and new growth opportunities
- Negotiate commercials and close high-impact deals
- Travel extensively for partner meetings and market expansion .
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Proven experience in inside sales, consultative sales, or program/course sales.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet aggressive sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in health, wellness, fitness, edtech, or digital product sales will be an advantage.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven and result-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and sales dashboards.
