Logistics Operator

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Operator to join our team in Greater Noida DC. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of stock products, managing storage space in the warehouse, and coordinating with warehouses and other departments.

This role requires excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Logistics Operator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and transportation processes, and will be responsible for creating reports and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

The Logistics Operator will work closely with the warehouse supervisor and management to ensure that all warehouse operations are running smoothly and efficiently. This will include monitoring and controlling every transaction stock in/out from the warehouse, ensuring stock accuracy by reconciling discrepancies between actual stock and stock figures in the warehouse management system and accounting system, and managing inventory in the warehouse according to minimum and maximum stock levels agreed with the sales team.

The Logistics Operator will also be responsible for creating periodically reports and customizing reports upon request from warehouse supervisor and management. This will include providing correct and up-to-date inventory data with preliminary analysis to management according to their requirements, and providing recommendations to the sales team for the list of stock that should be imported from Thailand and coordinating with the import department to prioritize the sequence of containers that will be received in the warehouse.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Logistics Operator will also be responsible for creating a database to track KPI for each staff/worker and overall performance of the department, coordinating with CPF IT and PCG Logistics Thailand to solve system and inventory problems, and managing daily delivery by monitoring and controlling 3PL/truck drivers and coordinating with sales team and customer service to solve delivery problems.

The Logistics Operator will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work from Monday to Saturday. The successful candidate will have excellent English communication skills, the ability to use computer software such as Advance Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and good analytical skills.
