Business Development Executives to join our Awal’s Spoken English (Hindi Region) Sales team. The
ideal candidate will be someone who has knowledge of upskilling categories and proven experience
in the sales domain preferably from an Ed-Tech background.
Responsibilities & Duties:
● Sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow-up.
● Understanding customer needs and requirements.
● Learn sales-related features and advantages of entire products and services.
● Ensure to maintain a professional attitude to deal with prospects and customers.
● Explain clearly and precisely, features and advantages to the customers in non-technical terms.
● Diligent follow-up.
● Achieve Monthly and Annual sales targets with daily inputs targets.
● Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts.
● Close sales and achieve weekly/monthly targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
● Any graduates/ diploma/postgraduates can apply.
● Minimum 1 year in Sales/ pre-sales/ Business Development process experience is preferred.
● Candidates who have a general idea about Spoken English as a category are preferred.
● Fluent in Hindi. Good command of the English language.
● You should have an Android mobile phone.
● You should display a strong growth mentality.
