Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive – Recruitment to handle end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, along with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions
2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads
5. Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
6. Handle joining formalities and documentation
7. Assist in employer branding and recruitment drives
8. Ensure timely closure of open positions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
2. Any graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
5. Basic knowledge of HR processes
6. Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
