At Fur Ball Story, we're a fast-expanding brand dedicated to natural wellness solutions for cats and dogs. We're looking for a Chartered Accountant to build systems, strengthen financial operations, and contribute to our growth.

As a Finance Manager, you'll oversee accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls. You'll also contribute to building robust financial systems for a growing startup.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and financial management skillset, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. You'll be able to work in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proactive mindset and problem-solving capability.

You'll be responsible for financial accounting and bookkeeping, managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and documentation, and overseeing monthly and annual financial closing.

You'll also handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, and reconciliations, as well as manage TDS, Direct Tax, and Advance Tax compliance.

Additionally, you'll perform bank reconciliations, reconcile e-commerce platforms, vendors, and customer accounts, and maintain strong internal financial controls.

You'll prepare MIS reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Cash Flow statements, and Budget vs Actual analysis, and provide insights to support financial planning and decision-making.

Finally, you'll coordinate with statutory and internal auditors, develop and implement finance SOPs and process improvements, and strengthen the company's financial governance framework.
