Admission Counsellor/Sr Counsellor

Job description

As a Student Coach at Leverage Edu, you will play a critical role in helping students achieve their dream of studying abroad. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with students throughout their admission process, assisting them throughout their study abroad journey, and ensuring their successful admission and enrolment.

You will serve as the primary contact for the student and be responsible for student satisfaction and overall student happiness. You will consistently provide excellent service to students and represent student needs and goals within the organization.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

You will work closely with the Growth team, Student Counsellors, Key Account Managers, Loan Counsellors, Test Prep, and other support functions to provide feedback and insights. You will also be responsible for executing the post-offer management process alongside deposits and ensuring timely coordination with the Visa team and the International office.
