Jr. Executive - HR

Job description

As a Jr. Executive - HR at Advait Energy Transitions Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resource management. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in end-to-end recruitment, maintaining employee records, and supporting onboarding and exit processes.

You will be responsible for preparing HR documents, assisting with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management, and responding to basic employee HR queries. Additionally, you will support HR policies, compliance, and internal audits, coordinate training sessions and HR initiatives, and help organize employee engagement activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in HR and a passion for mathematical analysis and critical thinking. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
