Production Manager

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our press shop production lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met, managing sheet metal stamping processes, and coordinating with various teams.

They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with various teams and drive productivity and quality improvements.

The Production Manager will work closely with the production planning team to ensure that production targets are met, and will be responsible for implementing continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and quality. They will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling production costs, and will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that equipment is properly maintained.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and will be able to apply these principles to drive productivity and quality improvements. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
