We are seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Lead to oversee end-to-end plant maintenance operations, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production, utilities, laboratory, packing, and dispatch areas.

The successful candidate will lead a team of electricians, mechanical fitters, and automation technicians, and be responsible for planning and executing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance programs.
