Key Responsibilities
- Dealer Performance Management: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and increase market share through effective management of dealership sales teams.
- Business Development: Actively onboard new dealerships and expand the dealer network in assigned regions.
- Dealer Support & Training: Regular visits to dealerships to provide training on products, sales processes, and digital tools.
- Operational Control: Monitor dealer KPIs, ensure compliance with brand policies, and resolve dealership operational issues.
- Sales Strategy & Analysis: Analyze regional market trends, competitor activity, and dealer performance data to implement effective promotions.
