Production Operator Responsibilities and Duties

1. Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
2. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
3. Inspect products for quality assurance and report any defects
4. Maintain accurate production records and documentation
5. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
6. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
7. Assist in inventory management and material handling
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Production Operator Qualifications and Skills

1. Strong mechanical and technical skills
2. Attention to detail and commitment to quality
3. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
4. Good communication and teamwork abilities
5. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials
6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends
