Production operator

Job description

Key responsibilities:

* Reporting to A.M. & Shift Engineer

* Act as per the instruction from production supervisor without any deviation.

* Ensure the safe work environment and safety of the helper.

* Checking the R.M. received from stores for any deviations in Quality/quantities.

* Moving the R.M. near respective Production Lines as per the batch plan & schedules.

* Ensuring the all the 5 S activities are carried out & ensuring ZERO –SPILLAGE during production operations.

• Following the guidelines as per Work Instructions for Cleaning of Equipment’s during product changeover.

* Charging of RM to batches & following the steps of production process per the SOP/Batch card.

* Filling of Product into containers after getting clearance from Shift Engineer.

• Packing & labeling of finished products & shifting them to Warehouse.

Experience of 2 to 3 years into Batch Operations (both manual & DCS preferred) Handling of pumps & filters GMP, TPM, CIP High temperature operations.ooking for a challenging and rewarding role, please submit your application.
