Job Title: Senior Executive – Flight Operations (Ticketing)

Location: Ahmedabad / Mumbai ( Malad, west )

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Week Off: Alternate Saturdays off

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Flight Operations (Ticketing) with experience in

the travel industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end flight ticketing

operations, reservations, and coordination to ensure smooth travel services for clients.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

 Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings, cancellations, and

rescheduling.

 Manage GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) for reservations and ticket issuance.

 Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for fare details, availability, and special

requests.

 Ensure accurate fare calculation, ticketing, refunds, and reissuance processes.

 Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and travel documents.

 Resolve client queries related to flight schedules, fares, and travel policies.

 Provide timely updates on flight changes, delays, or cancellations to clients.

 Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.

 Meet operational targets and maintain service quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

 Minimum 1–5 years of experience in flight ticketing/travel operations.

 Must have prior experience in the travel or tourism industry.

 Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre preferred).

 Good communication and coordination skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple bookings.

 Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred.

Preferred Skills

 Knowledge of international routing and fare rules.

 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

 Customer handling and service-oriented approach.
