We are seeking a Customer Insight Executive to join our team at XYXX. As a Customer Insight Executive, you will be responsible for interacting with customers via calls, collecting customer feedback, and maintaining data in Excel / Sheets.

You will also support customer experience improvements and contribute to a data-driven decision-making process.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, be comfortable handling customer calls, and have basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
