FYN Mobility is a pioneering electric mobility solutions company revolutionizing last-mile logistics through clean, efficient, and scalable electric mobility solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site HR Executive to join our team.

As a Site HR Executive, you will be responsible for driving our driver and fleet hiring initiatives, ensuring timely onboarding, and maintaining a positive, performance-driven culture among drivers. You will work closely with our Operations and Service teams to ensure seamless execution of our hiring goals.

Key responsibilities include:

You will be responsible for tracking and controlling driver attrition, ensuring timely redeployment of inactive or exited drivers. You will also use digital tools and dashboards to monitor lead flow, conversion ratios, and hiring efficiency.
