Handle end to end Recruitment Like
• Sourcing of Candidates
Follow–up with candidates for interview
• Follow-up with the managers for the feedback
• Handling documentation & Releasing offer letter.
• Doing follow-up on the joining and pre-Joining form completion.
• Providing after joining support E-code and Statutory Forms.
Handling 85% of Recruitment and 15% of Operation activates.
