We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition (70%) along with HR Operations support (30%). The role will work closely with the Manager – HR Operations & Generalist to drive recruitment strategies, ensure timely hiring across business verticals, and support key HR operational processes.
The ideal candidate will bring strong recruitment expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of HR operations within a dynamic and growing organization.
The Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding for clinical and corporate roles.

The role will also support onboarding, induction programs, and documentation for new employees, maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical documentation, coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs in collaboration with the payroll team, and assist in ensuring statutory compliance including PF, ESI, gratuity, and HR documentation standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance, and will be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.
