Job description

o Respond to user queries via email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally

o Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Fittr’s platform, coaching programs, subscriptions, and payments.

o Document and escalate issues to the relevant teams when necessary.

o Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure positive user experiences.

o Provide feedback to internal teams (product, content, marketing) based on user insights.

o Assist in onboarding new users and guiding them through Fittr’s programs and features.

o Maintain accurate records of interactions, issues, and resolutions.
