Job description

KLAY is India's leading chain of Preschools and Daycare centres, valued for supporting over 60,000 families through top-notch learning and care for their children.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS professional with hands-on experience in KEKA or a similar HRIS.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for HRIS portal management, system upgrades, implementing policy changes in HR processes, ensuring timely query resolution and training on the HRIS.

As a Lead HR Operations professional, you will play a crucial role in shaping the HR function and driving business outcomes.

You will be responsible for managing HRIS, ensuring smooth operation of existing modules, and implementing new modules and system enhancements as per business and management requirements.

You will also be responsible for providing first-level support for employee queries, ensuring timely resolution of issues within defined Turnaround Times (TAT), and escalating complex issues to relevant stakeholders when necessary.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in human resources and 4-6 years of experience in HRIS administration and HR operations.

They will have hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably KEKA or similar HCM, and strong knowledge of HR processes and HR policy implementation.

They will also have good Excel skills, good communication, documentation and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who is passionate about HR and has a knack for technology.
