Technical Lead / Architect – Generative AI

Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Technical Lead / Architect with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems. This role requires strong hands-on technical mastery combined with strategic leadership capability.

The ideal candidate will architect and lead the development of scalable, production-grade AI platforms leveraging LLMs, RAG systems, autonomous agents, and modern AI infrastructure.

This is a high-impact role requiring both advanced AI knowledge and strong engineering leadership.

The Technical Lead / Architect will be responsible for designing and architecting enterprise-grade GenAI and Agentic AI systems, building scalable LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and autonomous workflows.

They will also drive secure, reliable, and high-performance AI solution design, architect and implement agent orchestration frameworks, and design multi-agent collaboration systems and autonomous task execution pipelines.

The Technical Lead / Architect will lead end-to-end AI solution development from concept to production, mentor engineers and establish strong AI engineering practices, drive code quality, architectural reviews, and DevOps/MLOps best practices, and own technical roadmap and innovation strategy for AI initiatives.

They will also build scalable model deployment pipelines (CI/CD for AI), optimize inference performance, latency, and cost, implement monitoring, observability, and governance for AI systems, and ensure responsible AI practices, security, compliance, and data privacy.

The Technical Lead / Architect will translate business problems into AI-driven technical solutions, partner with product, engineering, and leadership teams, and provide technical thought leadership internally and externally.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, LangChain / LlamaIndex, vector databases, and Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.

They will also have experience designing distributed, scalable microservices architectures, API design and backend system development skills, data pipelines and real-time processing systems, Azure / AWS / GCP, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and GPU infrastructure and scaling strategies.

The Technical Lead / Architect will have a strong understanding of CI/CD for AI systems, model monitoring, drift detection, observability tools, and will be able to balance innovation with production stability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading AI engineering teams, solution architecture and system design capability, excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
