Job description

We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Social Media Manager (Organic) to lead and scale our organic presence across YouTube and Instagram. This role is responsible for owning social media strategy, driving organic growth and lead generation, and managing a high-performing team to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution, deep platform expertise, and the ability to translate audience insights into sustainable growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, growth, and revenue.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with business priorities and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across platforms. You will also be responsible for managing a team of Social Media Executives/Associates handling individual platforms, setting clear goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for the team, and driving a culture of ownership, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of social media initiatives, including developing and executing social media campaigns, creating and curating content, and analyzing and reporting on social media metrics. You will also be responsible for identifying growth opportunities using trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, and audience insights, and driving qualified organic leads through structured content planning and funnel-led strategies.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reviewing KPIs including engagement, follower growth, watch time, lead conversion, and ROI, and presenting insights, performance reports, and recommendations to senior stakeholders. You will also be responsible for continuously refining strategies based on data, experiments, and platform algorithm changes, and overseeing proactive community engagement to build trust, loyalty, and advocacy.
