Job description

communication and backend support services across multiple domains. We focus on

Job Responsibilities

 Make outbound and inbound calls to customers/leads.

 Explain company services clearly and professionally.

 Generate leads and maintain follow-ups.

 Maintain call records and update CRM system regularly.

 Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

 Coordinate with internal teams for processing cases.

 Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

 Build positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

 Minimum 6 months experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales.

 Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).

 Punjabi speaking ability is compulsory.

 Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM usage).

 Good convincing and listening skills.

 Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Preferred Candidate

 Candidates with Finance / Loan / Banking / Insurance background will be

given preference.

 Experience in BPO or telesales process is an advantage.
