Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Surveyor with experience in facade or metal fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate site surveys, measurements, and coordinating with design and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

As a Site Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects by identifying and mitigating potential risks and deviations. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, will be essential in driving project success.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of facade systems, metal fabrication, and aluminium & glass work. Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic MS Office tools is also essential. Good understanding of technical drawings and measurements, familiarity with surveying tools and equipment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.

The Site Surveyor will be responsible for conducting site surveys and measurements, preparing site reports, layouts, and measurement sheets, coordinating with design, engineering, and project teams, ensuring site readiness before installation activities, identifying and reporting site constraints, risks, and deviations, assisting in material estimation and BOQ preparation, verifying drawings with actual site conditions, maintaining proper documentation and survey records, and supporting project team during installation and execution phases.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma / Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field. Relevant certifications in surveying will be an added advantage.
