AAC collection, Facilitate Bookings, Relationship building, Collecting Leads, EMI collections.
Location : Mumbai
Salary : good hike on current ctc
Job Description:
- Holiday Planning: Meeting customers for facilitating holiday bookings and eventually collecting AAC / ASF.
- Collection :Meeting customers through field visits and collection of overdue EMIs and ASF / AAC
- Retention: Meeting customers who have sent a cancelation request, resolve their issues and retain them.
- Relationship Building Calls & Attending Branch Walk ins
- Revenue Enhancement: Relationship building and increasing revenue by way of foreclosures and payment plan change.
- Generating Referrals: Post-holiday calls are made to obtain member feedback and generate referrals and leads.
- Daily ASF / AAC MIS & EMI collection MIS
- Weekly Customer Visits Tracker.
- A valid two-wheeler driving license and two wheeler must.
- Willing to go for customer visits & meetings.
