Location : Mumbai Salary : good hike on current ctc Job Description: Holiday Planning: Meeting customers for facilitating holiday bookings and eventually collecting AAC / ASF. Collection :Meeting customers through field visits and collection of overdue EMIs and ASF / AAC Retention: Meeting customers who have sent a cancelation request, resolve their issues and retain them. Relationship Building Calls & Attending Branch Walk ins Revenue Enhancement: Relationship building and increasing revenue by way of foreclosures and payment plan change. Generating Referrals: Post-holiday calls are made to obtain member feedback and generate referrals and leads. Reports to be prepared: Daily ASF / AAC MIS & EMI collection MIS Weekly Customer Visits Tracker. A valid two-wheeler driving license and two wheeler must.
