We are looking for an experienced Sr. Engineer – Press Shop to manage production operations, ensure quality standards, and drive efficiency in the press shop of our automobile manufacturing unit.

3. Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical)

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute production schedules to meet delivery timelines
2. Monitor and ensure product quality as per defined standards
3. Identify process gaps and implement improvements for higher efficiency
4. Oversee maintenance of press machines, tools, and equipment
5. Ensure adherence to safety norms and a safe working environment
6. Lead and manage shop floor workforce, including training and supervision

Key Skills Required

1. Strong knowledge of press shop operations
2. Hands-on experience in quality control and production processes
3. Good team management and leadership skills
4. Proficiency in MS Excel

Candidate Profile

1. Must have relevant experience in automobile manufacturing (press shop)
2. Stable career background preferred
