Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure smooth functioning of machines and equipment by handling breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement in plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment to ensure minimum downtime
2. Diagnose faults and carry out effective troubleshooting to restore operations quickly
3. Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for improved machine reliability
4. Ensure all equipment operates within defined quality and performance parameters
5. Coordinate with production teams to identify issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
6. Monitor and analyze MTTR & MTBF to enhance maintenance efficiency and reduce failures
7. Interpret electrical drawings and technical documents for accurate maintenance work
8. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and maintain a safe working environment
9. Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and corrective actions

Key Skills Required

1. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
2. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance procedures
3. Understanding of MTTR & MTBF concepts
4. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Candidate Profile

1. Experience in maintenance within automobile/manufacturing industry preferred
2. Practical problem-solving approach and technical mindset
3. Ability to work in coordination with cross-functional teams
