Job description

Globe Moving is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Domestic Move Coordinator) to handle door-to-door packing and moving of local and domestic household and office goods shipments. The successful candidate will provide high-quality customer service, coordinate moves from start to finish, and ensure smooth and timely execution.

This is an entry-level position within Globe Moving's service delivery department, reporting to the Customer Service Manager (CSM). The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

Prior experience in customer service, moving, global mobility, or logistics is preferred.

The Customer Service Executive (Domestic Move Coordinator) will be responsible for coordinating household and office goods moves from start to finish, providing high-quality customer service, and ensuring smooth and timely execution.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers, account teams, crews, origin teams, destination teams, transporters, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure highest quality of service delivery.

The Customer Service Executive (Domestic Move Coordinator) will also be responsible for preparing move-related paperwork and documentation, attending to customer queries, and responding politely.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

The Customer Service Executive (Domestic Move Coordinator) will also be responsible for looking for opportunities for upselling, cross-selling services, and increasing shipment profitability, and ensuring billing is as per billing TAT and there is no revenue leakage in billing.

The successful candidate will work closely with pricing and operations teams to reduce costs and consolidate shipments, and ensure payment terms are adhered to as per credit policy.

The Customer Service Executive (Domestic Move Coordinator) will also be responsible for preparing MIS, reviewing MIS, and submitting analysis reports, and carrying out other jobs assigned.
