Van Delivery Associate

Job description

Delhivery is seeking responsible and hardworking Van Delivery Associates to manage last-mile delivery operations. The role involves timely delivery of packages, handling goods safely, and ensuring excellent customer service.

As a Van Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers on assigned routes using company vehicles. You will ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments, load and unload parcels safely, and verify delivery details and collect required confirmations.

Additionally, you will handle cash on delivery (COD) payments if required, maintain delivery records and reports, follow traffic rules and company policies, ensure vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance, and provide good customer service.
