Job description

We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor & AutoCAD Designer to assist with the planning and execution of Retail Outlet and CBG (Compressed Bio-Gas) projects. This role demands proficiency in site surveys, AutoCAD design, regulatory coordination, and hands-on project support, ensuring accurate planning and seamless execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of site surveys, land evaluation, and topographical measurements, as well as experience with regulatory requirements for CBG projects and retail outlets.

The Surveyor & AutoCAD Designer will work closely with project, engineering, and design teams to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

The Surveyor & AutoCAD Designer will be responsible for conducting land evaluation, frontage verification, access assessment, and contour mapping for proposed project locations.

They will also perform topographical measurements and gather accurate field data to create detailed survey reports with findings and recommendations.

The Surveyor & AutoCAD Designer will identify utilities, right-of-way limitations, underground services, and other site constraints to minimize risks during development.

They will prepare, review, and update AutoCAD drawings, layout plans, and site development designs in alignment with company standards and project specifications.

The Surveyor & AutoCAD Designer will collaborate with project, engineering, and design teams for layout finalization and drawing approvals.

They will verify land-related documents and ensure compliance with statutory norms.

The Surveyor & AutoCAD Designer will assist in obtaining approvals from regulatory authorities like PESO, NHAI, CPCB, and local governing bodies.

They will provide technical inputs during project execution, resolve drawing discrepancies, and support addressing on-site challenges.

The Surveyor & AutoCAD Designer will maintain proper documentation of survey records, drawing revisions, approvals, and project data.
