Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional with experience in the healthcare segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions in Pune and nearby regions.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in revenue generation and target achievement. The role requires a self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven personality with good presentation and analytical skills.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare professionals, generating leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and industry events, and preparing MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance reports.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Healthcare Sales, Medical Equipment Sales, Healthcare IT, Pharma Sales, or Hospital Business Development. An existing network in the Pune healthcare market will be an added advantage.
