Admission Counsellor / Education Consultant

Job description

We are seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to join our team as Consultants at our Experience Centre. In this role, you will act as a student-first mentor, guiding students throughout their higher education journey. You will help students shortlist the right courses and universities, manage the admission process, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience. As the primary point of contact, you will build strong relationships with students and deliver an exceptional counselling experience.

Our team is dedicated to providing students with the best possible education opportunities, and we are looking for individuals who share our passion and commitment to excellence. You will work closely with students to understand their academic goals and aspirations, and provide them with personalized guidance and support throughout the admission process.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end student journey, including onboarding, counselling, and follow-ups. You will also provide expert guidance on university admissions, eligibility requirements, and intake cycles, and assist students with exams such as GRE, GMAT, IELTS, and TOEFL where applicable.

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as good sales and negotiation abilities. You will also need to be able to multitask and manage multiple student applications, and be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
