About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Program Manager to take ownership of key enterprise accounts. You will act as the dedicated strategic partner for these clients, ensuring our platform is seamlessly integrated into their operations, driving product adoption, and delivering measurable ROI.
As the Program Manager, you will be the bridge between the client’s leadership team and our internal product/tech teams. You will monitor performance, optimize system usage, and proactively solve bottlenecks to ensure maximum client satisfaction and retention.
