Program Manager – Business, Sales & Leadership

OTO is seeking an experienced and highly analytical Program Manager to take ownership of key enterprise accounts. As the dedicated strategic partner for these clients, you will ensure our platform is seamlessly integrated into their operations, driving product adoption, and delivering measurable ROI.

You will act as the bridge between the client's leadership team and our internal product/tech teams, monitoring performance, optimizing system usage, and proactively solving bottlenecks to ensure maximum client satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Account Management, or Enterprise Customer Success, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. They will be comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and AI tools usage with technical teams and have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across 2-3 complex accounts simultaneously.
