We are seeking a reliable and punctual Bike Rider/Delivery Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for picking up and delivering items to customers in a safe and timely manner while ensuring excellent customer service.

This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a valid two-wheeler driving license, own bike with proper documentation, and good knowledge of local routes and navigation apps.

As a Bike Rider/Delivery Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries within the designated area, maintaining delivery records, and updating order status in apps or logs. You will also be responsible for following traffic rules and company safety guidelines at all times, communicating professionally with customers and team members, and handling customer complaints in a professional manner.
