Location: Kalina, Santacruz East, Mumbai

Department: Finance & Accounts

Working Days: 6 Days (Mon to Sat)

Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM

Salary: 20–25% Salary Hike

Experience: 5+ years

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger management and journal entries.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Prepare, review, and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements.

- Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.

- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records.

- Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Manage vendor payments and customer invoicing processes.

- Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.

- Review aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments.

3. Compliance & Taxation

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, TDS, and other applicable tax laws.

- Prepare and review tax filings and statutory returns.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

4. Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.

- Monitor actual expenses against budgets and identify variances.

- Analyze financial performance using P&L; reports and provide insights to management.

5. Team Management

- Lead, supervise, and mentor the accounting team.

- Allocate tasks, review work, and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.

6. Process Improvement & Controls

- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

- Strengthen internal financial controls and improve operational efficiency.

- Identify and implement process improvements in financial workflows.
