HR Executive

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT), payroll processing, and HR operations. The role requires a hands-on professional who can work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to building structured HR processes.

Kaynet Financial Services Private Limited (Taplend) is an RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) operating in the digital lending space. We are a fast-growing fintech organization focused on building scalable, compliance-driven, and customer-centric financial solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening, and scheduling interviews. They will also be responsible for payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of IT & Non-IT hiring, basic knowledge of payroll processing, and understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle. They will also have strong communication and coordination skills, ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, and good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
