Role Overview
This role involves managing and growing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) by offering tailored wealth and insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI clients & Mutual Fund Distributors
- Provide customized insurance and wealth solutions
- Cross-sell insurance and financial products
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
- Identify new HNI prospects and generate business
- Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable products
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution
- Achieve revenue and AUM targets
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in wealth management / HNI sales
- Strong network of HNI clients preferred
- Experience in insurance and financial products
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of BFSI products
