Role Overview

This role involves managing and growing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) by offering tailored wealth and insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI clients & Mutual Fund Distributors
  2. Provide customized insurance and wealth solutions
  3. Cross-sell insurance and financial products
  4. Build long-term client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
  5. Identify new HNI prospects and generate business
  6. Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable products
  7. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution
  8. Achieve revenue and AUM targets

Requirements

  1. 5–10+ years of experience in wealth management / HNI sales
  2. Strong network of HNI clients preferred
  3. Experience in insurance and financial products
  4. Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
  5. Strong understanding of BFSI products
