Telecalling Executive – Insurance Sales

Role Overview
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to drive insurance sales through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves engaging potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and converting leads into policy sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
- Explain health insurance products and offerings clearly
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Handle inbound queries and convert them into sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentation
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales (insurance preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of insurance products is a plus
- Comfortable with targets and performance-driven environment
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, Excel, etc.)
