Key Responsibilities Bank & Payment Partner Management ● Manage strategic and operational relationships with partner banks, payment gateways, card networks, and other payment service providers. ● Act as the primary point of contact for negotiations, issue resolution, periodic reviews, and new product discussions with banking and payment partners. ● Coordinate onboarding of new banks, accounts, and payment partners as business requirements evolve. Commercials & Cost Optimization ● Own and negotiate commercials across: ○ Card MDR (credit/debit) ○ UPI and net banking charges ○ Payout fees and settlement costs ○ RTGS / NEFT / IMPS charges ○ Account maintenance and banking fees ● Review monthly bank and payment partner statements to identify cost leakages, deviations from agreed terms, and savings opportunities. ● Drive corrective actions and periodic re-negotiations to optimize overall payment costs.
