Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly accomplished Area Sales Manager with 10+ years of experience in the Electronics/Hardware

industry, who can take ownership of Pan India sales operations, build a scalable distribution network, and drive

aggressive revenue growth.

This is a leadership role requiring strong industry connections, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage highperforming sales teams across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Sales Strategy & Growth

* Develop and execute Pan India sales strategies aligned with company growth targets

* Drive revenue, market share, and profitability across all regions

* Identify new markets, expansion opportunities, and channel growth strategies

🔹 Channel Development (Core Focus)

* Build, expand, and optimize a robust network of dealers, distributors & channel partners

* Leverage existing industry relationships to accelerate market penetration• Design dealer/distributor incentive programs and engagement strategies
