Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry & Documentation

● Accurately input data related to stock inward, outward, GRN (Goods Receipt Note),

dispatch, and returns into the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP software.

● Maintain records of inventory levels, shipments, and order details.

● Update logs for cycle counts, stock adjustments, and audits.

2. Inventory Management

● Reconcile physical inventory with system records.

● Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

3. Order Processing

● Verify and record picklists, dispatch orders, and transporter details.

● Ensure timely and accurate entry of sales orders and delivery notes.

4. Reporting & Analysis

● Generate MIS reports, including stock aging, SKU movements, and performance metrics.

● Provide data insights to warehouse managers for operational improvements.

5. Compliance & Coordination

● Ensure adherence to SOPs and organizational data management protocols.

● Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, transporters, and clients for data accuracy and

issue resolution
