Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executives to join our team in Noida. The role involves actively promoting and selling our solar and battery products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate leads for solar panels and battery products in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
2. Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients.
3. Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Report market feedback, competitor activity, and customer insights to management.
7. Coordinate with the operations and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements / Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in field sales, preferably in solar, energy, or related products.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
4. Knowledge of solar energy products, batteries, and renewable energy trends is a plus.
5. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
6. Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
