Job Description – Accounts Executive Company: Swastika Infra Limited Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Experience Required: 3–5 Years Industry: Infrastructure / Power EPC 🏢 About the Company Swastika Infra Limited is a growing infrastructure and power EPC company specializing in power distribution, electrification, and turnkey projects across India. The company is known for its strong execution capabilities and involvement in government and utility-based projects. 🏢 Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and ERP systems. ✨ Key Responsibilities  Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally/ERP  Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) processes  Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny  Prepare and manage GST workings, TDS returns, and monthly statutory compliances  Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports  Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, and ageing analysis  Support internal and external audits with proper documentation  Generate MIS reports and assist management with financial insights 🏢 Requirements  Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred)  3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting (preferably in EPC / infrastructure industry)  Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, and taxation  Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and MIS reporting  Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills  Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment 🏢 Key Skills  Financial Accounting  GST & TDS Compliance  Bank Reconciliation  Vendor Management  MIS Reporting & Data Analysis
