Job Title: Collection Field Officer – 90+ DPD (3rd & 4th Bucket) Department: Collections Executive

Field Officer Job Summary: We are looking for a result-oriented Collection Field Officer to handle 90+ DPD accounts (3rd & 4th bucket). The role involves field recovery of overdue payments, customer negotiation, and preventing accounts from becoming NPA as per RBI norms. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to delinquent customers (61–120+ DPD accounts)

• Collect overdue EMIs and obtain payment commitments

• Negotiate settlements and follow recovery process

• Handle skip-tracing cases and difficult customers

• Update collection status in system/CRM

• Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets Requirements:

• Graduate preferred • Experience in field collections (3rd & 4th bucket)

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Two-wheeler & valid driving license mandatory
