Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and analytical Finance Manager to act as a key financial advisor to senior management. The role focuses on financial planning, performance analysis, internal controls, and business decision support rather than day-to-day accounting operations. The Finance Manager will provide insights that drive profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Financial Advisory & Decision Support  Act as a trusted financial advisor to management on strategic and operational decisions  Provide financial analysis, scenario modelling, and business case evaluations for new initiatives, investments, and cost optimization  Translate financial data into clear insights and recommendations for non-financial stakeholders Financial Planning & Performance Management  Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes  Monitor business performance against plans and key financial KPIs  Analyze variances, trends, and risks, and recommend corrective actions Financial Control & Governance  Oversee financial controls, policies, and governance frameworks  Review financial reports prepared by the accounting team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance for management  Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines Management Reporting  Design and deliver high-quality management reports, dashboards, and presentations  Provide timely insights on profitability, margins, cost drivers, and return on investment  Support board and senior management reporting requirements Risk Management & Internal Controls  Identify financial risks and assess their potential impact on the business  Support the development and monitoring of risk mitigation strategies  Ensure appropriate controls are in place to safeguard company assets and financial integrity Cross-Functional Collaboration  Partner with business leaders across departments to support planning and performance improvement  Challenge assumptions and provide independent financial perspectives  Support commercial negotiations, pricing decisions, and contract reviews from a financial standpoint Qualifications & Experience  Master’s degree in finance or related field  Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA (preferred)  3+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or finance business partnering roles in new age start-up and fast-paced environment  Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting  Exposure to senior management or board-level decision support Skills & Competencies  Strong commercial and business acumen  Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills  Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly  Strategic mindset with attention to detail  High integrity and independence of judgment  Advanced Excel and financial reporting tool proficiency
