PRODUCTION MANAGER

Job description

 Plan and manage daily production activities for facade and window systems.  Ensure production targets are achieved as per project timelines.  Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for smooth workflow.  Monitor production processes and implement improvements for efficiency.  Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and company policies.  Optimize manpower, machinery, and materials to reduce wastage and cost.  Supervise shop floor operations and resolve technical issues.  Maintain production reports, MIS, and documentation.  Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.  Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of machinery and equipment.  Train and guide production staff to enhance performance and productivity.
